The TA I like is breakouts from a downward-trending upper limit. We broke a 4-year downward trending top line back in December, which was step 1. Step 2 sometimes happens, sometimes doesn't, and that's retesting that downward trending line but from a support perspective rather than resistance. It did that in July when it got down to 4 cents. From that support, it's usually off to the races. And here we are.
