Irish...from the PR 350B is the A/S and 185B are not tradeable and if the definition for Outstanding shares is: The shares of a corp's stock that have been issued and are in the hands of the public.... Then how would you get 350B for the O/S? The 185B are not in the hands of the public....agreed?
