neal:

Definitions of Outstanding shares on the Web:

Stock held by investors, including restricted shares owned by the company's officers and insiders as well as those held by the public.

( I wonder what the stock is being sold for now....00003-.00005?---- that puts the market cap at 13-15 million...and Fans is worth 6-7 million, if he could sell it now for that price, but he claims it is restricted---- why would he take on at least 36 million in liabilites thru 12/31/05 for QTN alone(3/24 report) which he later claimed were probably greater in the April 5 PR? Why would he infuse 1 nickel into that scenario?) all imo

OK, the key word here is "issued" as in "issued and outstanding" as in O/S

Currently TMM has 350 billion shares authorized.............(OK, this is how many shares the company is authorized to issue) Fifty-three percent, or 185,500,000,000 were issued to me and my investment team on March 7, 2006...............( OK, 185B were "ISSUED". Once shares are "ISSUED" they are "outstanding" whether they are restricted or not! This transaction was based on our agreement to take the financial and business responsibility away from the previous management team. This 53% is non-trading and is held restricted. Of the other 47% of common shares issued, roughly 140 billion are in the float................. ( OK, so, it clearly states the other 47% are "ISSUED" which means they are outstanding. 140B are in the publicly traded float. The other 25B are in the hands of someone, whether its the company or they are issued to some else. That gives this a total issued and outstanding of approx 350B)
