This is clearly a dump, a third of the volume is:

we have seen this pattern before, and the share price is not budging. the volume is minuscule in relation to the O/S and A/S. If one could read, the huge dump to the toxic financial lenders would be more info than the library of congress contains. For those who are wondering what dead is, this is the definition, and what we are seeing is an autopsy.
