Don't know what your doing wrong, but I picked up a couple K this morning at $.60! Just a limit order, nothing special. Perhaps it's your brokerage house. I use E-Trade and trade on-line.
1260 if yours is an all-or-nothing order you could get skipped, otherwise first-in-first-out applies and a record of times and trades would indicate whether or not rules had been followed in your case. If they were not, then the broker needs to make amends. All IMO. Bigtim seems to really know his stuff on this, and who knows a post to him might get a response, although Tim is kinda a drive-by poster these days.
