...case was 'filed' as an '11' and the OCC/FDIC/claimants' counsels petitioned for the change to '7' - - - petitioner (atty - HARVEY) did not contest the '11 to 7' and has never responded at all to any motion WHATSOEVER......or any contact from the largest individual UWBKQ shareholder...................

Read the Administrative Order again before you send that email.

On March 2, 2012, the company filed a Chapter 7 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, and the case was still pending as of January 15, 2014.

It was in the info/link the SEC sent to "Dr. xxxxxxx".

I thought somewhere back that it was CHANGED BACK TO A CHAPTER 11 from a 7 ,I may be wrong as I do that often as you all know
