...case was 'filed' as an '11' and the OCC/FDIC/claimants' counsels petitioned for the change to '7' - - - petitioner (atty - HARVEY) did not contest the '11 to 7' and has never responded at all to any motion WHATSOEVER......or any contact from the largest individual UWBKQ shareholder...................

...the Trustee's atty, imo is an incompetent buffoon...........professor Tradeinman might have better luck flirting with LORENA BOBBIT..............and ultimately a better date.......................aimho..............
