I believe someone's plan is to bring VPOR down to 0.008

No question about that and they also invested alot of money in spewing 154 newsletters in 3 days...so in my mind they invested that much money to liquidate a tremendous amount of stock. I would not venture a guess as to where the bottom is because the .0132 support of a wedge from February got taken out quickly.
