To make it worse, he claims those "financials" were prepared by a CPA, and he had to postpone the release of the "financials" for his other company which were promised on Friday in order to spend time working on those! Clearly, a lie. All he did was change the column headings! That would take, what, 15 seconds?

As unbelievably pathetic and fraudulent that those financial statements are, his other claims about his mining operations are 10 times worse. Even a 10-year old using Google could create more believable lies about MNGG and PSRU "mining" than this guy. He can't even get the rudimentary terminology correct. He called an old abandoned mine "a cave"!
