yes….we've seen the lipstick come out for the pig before…but my point still has some validity

Apple revenue was being recognized as ~$2.1M per quarter ($8.4M per year)

Pegatron …. from 7/12 to 6/13 was required to pay an additional $12M+ for that year, and as we've seen…are pacing above the $8.4M per year figure. Now that they ALSO have to fully pay the ride for any WCDMA…. it seems there should be an even greater bump?

I also feel that with the Apple contract fully expired…Foxconn AND Apple…have lost some gray areas to hide in…and have a more difficult position ...in negotiation
