Heartland could not only catch the knife they could use it to carve up the

shorts. If they still have the ability to own the same amount of shares

they once had, they alone could kill the shorts.

The whole market is falling this is not IDCC specific.

The Russell has been in a down trend for a while now, diverging from the rest of the market. Not a good sign for the overall market or small caps in general which IDCC is still one by many definitions.

September and October are always tough months as the institutions re-balance.

Currently only 33.45% of stocks are above their 200 Day moving average. Long term on average this number is usually in the 50's but usually bottoms in the 20's and tops in the 70 or 80's.

Interdigital will get tossed around with the market as usual. Earnings will be good and good news can happen at anytime.
