I strongly disagree with your interpretation - it shows the tech is mature, it explains why NWBO has so much institutional and insider investment, and it explains why the stock popped so hard in the past and will do so again.

Perhaps January 2014 is more current for you. Same LI site as 2012 article. In here, they state DC Vax is revolutionizing treatment in GBM, and ULTIMATELY for other brain cancers. How's that vote of confidence for you?
