Thank you for your responses. I won't hold my breath but maybe we actually get something from FDA at some point. Especially if FDA is truly interested to see Reduce-It complete.
With other 30 patents, I'm not so much concerned about NCE. It's only 2 more years. But winning this case would be nice and help pps somewhat.
In my opinion, the case against AZN is more important. AMRN cannot afford to lose this one.
