VG.....I wonder why? USEI is California Base Company. Why didn't USEI start in CA rather CO and WA. CA has made MMJ legal since 1996. Why doesn't USEI develop the CBD's in CA. Just need help in understanding.

For fun I just reread the history of USEI and ERBB's joint ventures. PR which I forgot about goes into their Colorado state approved grow facility using USEI's "lightening technology" (what is that and what ever happened to it). Then again what happened to the state approved grow facility. Nothing which is what id imagine will come of their "research facility".
