#13605 RE: Lurker05 #13601

I'm a device rep and avid investor, I know this space very well. Single port has been trying to take off for a few years now, it isn't exploding but there are def surgeons intrigued and doing it now. Having said that, bariatrics-gull bladders/lap chole, lap Nissens, treating endometriosis etc can use this. Having said that, they do it without a robot now and do them with quick turnover. Just as the Davinci has users, it also has some that are not interested. The cases I spoke of will be harder to find users because they are shorter cases and surgeons get paid on turnover. Therefore, my thoughts are there will be a user at each facility/hospital, this will allow for Titan to at least get a unit sold, how well their sales force is at getting surgeons to jump on board is yet to be seen. Hospitals love new technology and will buy one to just say they have it. It will be successful, but no chance it gets as much market cap as Intuitive, therefore I see it being 20-$30 over the next 5 years, def not within 18 months as some think. If they sign a contract with say a Stryker, I think we could see 5-$8 in that 18month range. Good luck! I know companies in the industry are watching them closely from chatter.
