#15371 RE: Black Beerd #15370

ECOB owns a formula for coating lumber, much like Coca Cola owns a formula for producing soft drinks. Coca Cola relies on bottling partners to produce the product from their formula. They don't bottle their own product, ECOB doesn't mill their own lumber.
So all Coca Cola owns is a container with a volume of brown liquid, that is sells to others to manufacture. Yet, Coca Cola can exist with Pepsi and numerous other cola products that are similar.

ECOB can still exist with other defensive lumber products that are similar. It's called competition and free market, as you know. Albeit a unique niche market, which has a lot of room to grow. Personally, this lumber is going into any build I do on my premises, full stop.

Keep in mind I am using Coca Cola vs ECOB as business model examples, not financial equals. We all know one is a billion dollar company and the other is a penny stock. Agreed, ECOB financials are a mess. Toxic financing is a reality, but until we see the filings in the Fall, there is no way to say what sales have been. You can "guesstimate' until the moon turns blue, which has already been done here.
