I don't know what is going on behind the scenes and neither does anyone here on this board, all I know is that I can still purchase the product and that's all that I care about. I have faith in the company and I really like the product so I will continue to add when I can. At this point no matter what is posted on this board you either have faith, believe, continue to hold and add or you sell and move on it's just as simple as that...

I don't believe an audit is the hold up either, but rather a deflection of blame from Moran.

The auditing firm has been there a long time:

"On June 6, 2013, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Malone Bailey LLP ("Malone Bailey") as the Company's new independentregistered accounting firm."
