Good luck to them (the Stanley's) if they are using the whole plant (including the buds and leaves) to extract the CBD and ship that across state lines as that is 100% federally illegal and grown domestically, which is also federally illegal, no if ands or butts about it. And Shipping it out of Colorado violating Colorado laws. If they get away with it, good for them, but if not...
