You should reread the post because that information is in the post, the information that I did not put in that post was that in a separate transaction the debt holder got control of an additional 400,000 shares of preferred stock which can also be converted for an additional 2 billion shares of common stock and no one can stop them as long as they have control of the majority of common stock shares. So if you do the math that would be an A/S of 7,000,000,000 and the debt holder can sell just under 3.5 billion shares and still maintain control of IWEB stock majority.
