No but fear and greed are powerful emotions and like it or not that is what drives the market. So posting I think does have an influence whether true or not. Peoples minds are most influenced when they may somewhat already believe what they here. Tcel has one thing going for it I personally don't think they have serious time restraints so it will probably move sideways for quit awhile. One big question I have is do they need all of the 2 million to get started with the FDA.
