My feeling is that we should have earnings on the steadily increasing float, so a reverse split would be OK, but wonder how others feel.

Less assume after we were in production and we're earning 5 to 10 cents per share on the increasing float before V2O5's possibilities.

With earnings and a large property consisting of Flake Graphite and V2O5, a 10 to 1 reverse split should create interest and might attract a fair take over bid.

Time and Managements Methods are the problem.

A take over price based on what can be produced on our large Madagascar holdings over many years seems to be our strong point
