If NWBO fails, all the shares that Cognate holds would be worthless. All the shares that Toucan holds would be worthless. All the shares LP holds would be worthless.

I am somewhat relieved, because LP should know that everything is riding on NWBO's success. If it fails, her other 2 companies which are also heavily invested would also fail.

I wish I could drop it but I can't sit by when so many people are contributing false statements or making claims based on NO knowledge.

Of course she wants NWBO to succeed, but what if she has covered her entire initial investment and that of Toucan from the profits of Cognate paid by NWBO? Then your whole theory blows up! It negates her entire investment risk that everyone feels is so huge!!!
