#618 RE: Double_Bagel #617

Alan Dworsky reports 5.4% passive stake in Enanta… Any way of finding out if he increased his holdings or he is a new buyer?

Apparently not insofar as Dworsky owns the shares as an individual and family trustee, not as part of an organization that files Form 13F-HR with the SEC. There are no prior 13G filings by Dworsky for ENTA, so we do know that 9/12/14 is the first time his holding exceeded the 5% threshold for reporting.

A short blurb on who he is:

Don't know if there will be a "short" squeeze or not but I do agree that the float is getting smaller.

I have been watching for a definite proof of a short squeeze but never really seen it. If it exists, it does not last long.

Go back and check ICPT, went up like crazy from the 50s to 400s,500s. Was there a big short % ? if yes, then there is proof of a short squeeze.

Dworsky has upped his position to 6%, according to the Form SC 13G/A just filed.
