People have been dealt a hard hand in this. More than money, there has been much suffering. And, in the end, there was a wound that would last forever. The "system, process, justice, etc." failed.

The ongoing, changing, date extant, prophecies of 'gold in them thar hills could be taken by some who have suffered so much as a 'salt on the wound; especially since the likelihood of such prophecies is unfeasible.

That is not funny, IMO.

When such prophecies of such recoveries from secret mediation, corrupted and fraudulent bankruptcy court records to conceal such, 'pan out, there will be nowhere to go but to then turn the finger at Susman Godfrey and MW ~ "who never, ever, promised anything of the kind."

And no, again, without objection, Susman Godfrey did not represent equity when the March 2010 'deal was struck "by all of the adversarial parties."
