Ummm, yes. In short, basically because they are not licensed yet.
Doesn't mean they aren't in process, that they didn't start the process or that they will get it done. Part of the licensing process is having the independent testing done and forwarding the results. Upon receipt they have to comply with any requests by the Dept of Ag to qualify for licensing. That means they could have to make changes or adjustments, retest and resubmit potentially multiple times. The process can be very involved.
Also, I know that most CEO's are not concerned with making the investors rich. The key to investing/trading in the OTC is to capitalize and make good trades based on what the CEO/Company is doing. I guarantee most OTC CEO's know that they need investors so they gotta do something at some point or no one will ever buy their POS. KQ is at that point here after the bad HPP deal. However, it looks as though he has a plan. Whether or not he gets licensing remains to be seen but to think that getting licensing especially with food/juice products is easy or not gonna take a while is a bit ridiculous. Also doesn't do anyone any good to cheer for "Game Over" unless of course one is hoping to load cheap shares but that's just my opinion and everyone is free to do what they will.
