There's a very simple solution to the down share price. Use profits from
the last sale to begin buying in the market (not for real though) and
make it look like the price is going up.

They can easily wash trade this up and bypass retail on the way.

Good luck selling though, unless they fool retail buyers into actually
bidding and buying on the way up. Although, there's a fool born every
minute and this will go up at some point in time to facilitate the next
round of insider dumping.
