I appreciate you took the initiative and you were probably surprised to even get him on the phone at all to think to ask more, of course he can't divulge anything that they won't make public via a PR (IF they were making PR's), but that's also a convenient excuse for CEO's to blow off shareholders: I'd have liked to hear what he had to say about risking getting hit with SEC fines or delisting: how he's financing the audit we're all allegedly waiting on: has the product been relabeled formulas changed:
just how he answers could be indicative.
My point was that people were getting so excited about his response, that if we think about it, he didn't say anything new at all, in fact it could be taken as just another deflecting the situation since he had no other option.
IMO if someone had driven there in person they'd have gotten no more out of him except maybe a cup of coffee or a snack if the pharmacy sells them before he smiled and slipped out the door.
I agree that we are left as before, having to make up our own minds whether we hold or sell, but I'm with investo and others here that selling now, we net so little having already lost so much, I'll roll the dice and keep holding for possible real news if Marco makes good on any of these real opportunities he has.
Schweine and I with just subtracting his order number from billy's both came up with close to the same gross proceeds from online sales, maybe $2800 max since April. We don't know 4-wall sales but I don't think anyone is assuming it's very much, and even the free social media sales efforts aren't updated, clearly no active marketing or shipping of existing product, what does it all mean for the future? What money are they using for audits and re-packaging if there's too little revenue, is he diluting?
Does the T/A have current figures and are they allowed to tell us?
If we all set our Asks very HIGH at least the shares we hold won't be available to bottom-feeders, we can't control the MM's, IMO that's all we can do and if someone with more faith in him than me wants to touch base now and then and remind him of his promises to keep up updated, before DEWM is fined or delisted, we'll all be appreciative. Frustrated but appreciative.
What else can we do individually.
