Those are good rules. I'm currently out of the market completely and hope I can force myself to stay out until things get better. The addiction is hard to break.
...I don't have a Twitter account, but I used to belong to a chat room with Welsh some years ago...a real pro. I see I can still check out JohnWelshTrades without an account, which is cool.
