California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) may already be doing that.
I still see no evidence that Pharmajanes has a California business license or authorization for a delivery service in Los Angeles.

Without a business license ($800), they are not authorized to conduct business in California. Stay tuned.

If anyone contacts Pharmajanes, ask them what their business license (entity number) is. Please report what you find out.
