Wrong Bill, on both statements!!.TMMI has only amended ONCE!!.FYI TMMI amended first time 5/2013,let it go!!.
Next,TMMI would have to bring MediaBin into the case,if it goes that far.They were the last successor to Iterated Systems Inc 2003.Let the legal counsel figure this out,instead playing guessing games.You said you were going to Las Vegas two weeks ago,what happen?. When you go,if you go,then ask your legal counsel or the Defendants legal counsel!!.No,frackedup and whazzup weren't correct,just misinformed information of, crazy thoughts of suing,the wrong party!!.
