Jay, really? TMMI submitted their first complaint, in March 2013. They realized that some of it was incorrect/improvable/didn't happen (stolen off of a protected computer) and submitted an amended (2nd) complaint months later. They wanted to fine tune this complaint so they asked for permission to leave that complaint and file a new amended second complaint (this makes three stabs at it). Dimension can not address the amended second complaint until TMMI presents it. Therefore the plaintiffs weren't waiting on the defendants; it is visa versa.

Yes, TMMI will have to bring in HP who is the last successor to Iterated. I'm fairly certain that it will have to be a lawsuit, not a friendly request. Looks like frackedup and whazzup were correct.
