From March 3 Dewm announcement:
DEWM has also secured U.S. Hemp Corporation, Inc. d/b/a United States Hemp Corporation as a wholly-owned subsidiary for the purpose of holding and marketing the future hemp-related assets of Dewmar. “With U.S. Hemp Corporation in place, we can better align our business processes and resources to support the pipeline of cannabidiol (CBD) related products and services while allowing Lean Slow Motion Potion,™ to continue its expansion into additional big-box retailers. As per our distribution agreement with C+Swiss Hemp Ice Tea, which happened to be featured on BevNet.com recently, Dewmar is very committed to expanding a leadership position in the hemp market. Out of all the industrial hemp and medical marijuana companies, we may be the only company that has a product in a major retailer,” said Dr. Marco Moran, CEO of Dewmar International.

While current revenue projections for Lean Slow Motion Potion, ™ continue to be adjusted upwards, the Company is diversifying its sources of revenue. Dewmar executives and its team of advisors noticed several positive indicators suggesting that the timing is right for investment in the industrial hemp industry. Such indicators as the Obama Administration legalizing the cultivation of industrial hemp; which, according to Food Product Design®, will benefit the food and beverage industry since the hemp plant is extensively used as nutritional additives for everything from milk to granola bars to cooking oil. In fact, organic hemp seed supplements can be purchased at every major nutritional store in the country such as GNC and Vitamin World as an additive to smoothies, cereal and more as it is a great source of fiber, protein and heart healthy Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids.

Many economic strategists suggest that the recently signed 2014 Agricultural Act (“the Farm Bill”) which allows for hemp to be cultivated for research purposes in specified states versus an ‘import-only’ scenario makes sense for the U.S. economy and its consumers; possibly leading to the emergence of an entire new market of product and services. The formation of the U.S. Hemp Corporation will take full advantage of this new opportunity as Dr. Moran utilizes his years of academic research experience to share information with major U.S. Colleges & Universities in an attempt to form partnerships for the development of innovative uses for the hemp plant for nutraceutical and medicinal purposes. Additionally, those Colleges & Universities with agricultural programs could benefit significantly from a partnership with U.S. Hemp Corporation in a concerted effort to cultivate the hemp plant for the multitude of industrial applications such as the manufacturing of textiles, ropes, clothing, building materials, paper and animal feed to name a few.

Lots of behind the scene activity involved here. Let's be patient.

First off I don't think LSMP is getting phased out. The relaxation sector is growing fast and worst case the LSMP brand would be sold of fur I don't see that happening just yet.

Second they didn't form the Ushemp division for the hell of it and I see that as being the main focus going forward with LSMP secondary and building LSMP to the point it would be available nationwide before selling it off.

I have no issues with the silence. Just shows who the weak hands are. Let them sell and move on. The real shareholders will benefit and be rewarded
