Wonder if this is just a shipping delay or if in fact Dewmar is planning to have newly labeled and packaged cans in time for arrival at billy's doorstep on the 24th (that doesn't look likely maybe ship by the 24th?). With no explanation most people would just cancel the order.

Looks like Schweine's price ordering direct was about $15.00 less but shipping more so about even at $70.00, with about $35. either way going to the company.

Schweine's order # was 704, Billy's 774, does that mean they've sold 70 cases from late April to now -- via online, anyway?
$35X70 is about $2750 in gross sales, but of course they have some 4-wall sales and we have confirmed reports, but we don't know how many. And of course those 70 cases may not all have been shipped and charged. At least they're not charging and not shipping.

Whatever they've sold retail can't be much, but it looks like they're allowed to sell out the existing cans just not make new ones without relabeling and they need packaging...money for it...
my guess is Marco's been diluting and not reporting it, despite what investo has been led to believe -- but investo claims he knows otherwise from the T/A so I may be wrong. "May be" wrong, may be right, may be anything since Marco's won't speak.

IMO would be better he just file and get current with the SEC no matter what the report says, bite the bullet and vow to fix the problems and do better. Report on results if any of all those meetings we've heard about: disabled vets - military bases, Sam's Club, being part of the MISS delegation to Britain, being selected for the diversity the company represents.

Here's about just one of these exceptional opportunities:

Congressional Award of Excellence
Accesswire
August 6, 2013 8:31 AM

HOUSTON, TX, August 6, 2013 (Accesswire) - Dewmar International BMC, Inc. (DEWM) (“Dewmar” or “the Company”), announced today that the Company’s CEO, Dr. Marco Moran, has received a congratulatory award for being a multi-diverse company from the Honorable U.S. Congressman Bennie Thompson of the 2nd District of Mississippi. “I couldn’t be more humbled to receive such a prestigious award, from such a prominent individual like Mr. Thompson,” stated Dr. Marco Moran. “This award means so much more to me than being a successful business owner in Mississippi. This award represents the fact that Dewmar International has made such an impression in our local community, that Congress has taken note and is awarding us for employing diversity and increasing trade in the international marketplace.”

We should note that the following comes from Dr. Moran himself not Mr. Thompson who "was unavailable for comment." (Billy, hold down your breakfast! Maybe a couple of bio details here are just a wee bit embellished like actually calling him "a former Olympic Athlete" when in fact, we have learned that he just trained in h.s. with someone who trained Olympic athletes.

I'd let it go if we get him to live up to the transparency to shareholders part and becoming current, let alone keeping his commitment to the OTCQB/QC level as the min.-- which would required achieving and maintaining 1c/ min. stock price for a start. Which won't happen without filing some fin's, Catch-22.

Glory Hellelujah, he is quoted here just a year ago claiming he plans to take DEMN to the Big Boards, the NYSE or NASDAQ NO LESS. Yet this thing has tumbled into the trips of pennyland.

While Mr. Thompson was unavailable for immediate comment, it is believed the Dr. Moran was chosen for this award due to his level of aggressiveness and willingness to learn in a dramatically changing economy.

Dr. Moran is currently enrolled in an Executive SBA Emerging Leaders Program in New Orleans and continuously exhibits traits of honesty and integrity, which takes priority in the Dewmar International Organization. “We believe in continuous transparency for our shareholders, which is why we are traded on the top-tier of the OTC Markets,” continued Dr. Moran. “During my MBA education, I gained invaluable strategic planning and execution expertise which has propelled us to where we are today.”

As a U.S. Veteran and former Olympic Athlete, Dr. Moran exhibits all of the characteristics needed to mobilize a company in an emerging sector, from the OTC Markets platform to the NYSE or NASDAQ big boards. Dr. Moran concluded, “It is our goal and intention to leverage our relationship with Congress, with new distributors and with major retail outlets, to make that jump to the big boards as quickly as possible. We wouldn’t be the emerging Company that we are today without the support of our shareholders whom we intend to take very good care of with the further execution and implementation of our business plan.”

I have patience. But with them not charging me there is no way anything is getting shipped. (on either order)

I have been buying from Amazon for years. They ship very quick and charge very quick.

My order direct from DEWM was to be FedExed over a week ago. I should have received it a few days ago if they shipped it. But not charging me they aren't shipping either.
