Dilution is going to be good for us because there will be more shares for the daytraders .....It Will mean a decrease in our volatility which means that all the playing around we see will make less of a negative impact.

It's a natural progression. We probably went a little too long without dilution. JMHO

The last group that sold before so called dilution (keep in mind that so called dilution is a swap of shares for cash that goes to the cash balance and stock holders equity which is an asset swap for cash assets, so it is not a negative) sold at .08 last summer and missed the run to .75 three times this year as cash was raised at prices as high as .40 this year not .08 or .02 as the sellers feared was coming. I believe the next share private placement will not happen until retail shares are over $2.00 share. MVTG HISTORY the last 2 years shows that the stock has rallied 500 to 1000% before new shares were sold, and with all the irons MVTG has in the fire I see no reason for that trend to not continue with MVTG. There is no immediate need for mvtg to dilute with nearly 1 million in cash on hand. Therefore it is reasonable to expect a rally driven by news and awareness efforts long before MVTG needs to raise more cash.

MVTG rallied 3 times to .75 this year and nearly ran to $s before an MM shorted the stock. Why would MVTG sell new shares to raise cash when they are cash flush at a .25 discount to a repeated .75 high just before a rally to several dollars that will be driven by news and showing off the coming MVTG fuel cell vehicle and pilot plant?
