yes it is and I believe it will continue until news is revealed. Sell the news or hit it out of the park. Both are in play until we know. Placing more money than you can afford to give up might be inadvisable at this juncture IMO. A huge winner wold be huge...a huge loser would be, well, miserable. go with your gut. good luck !
