Ok so where's the second case then? And what are you talking about proof of 750k settlement, I never said there was one. As far as I know the case for 750k claim doesn't exist
Only one case featuring Sazant/Comlend against PVEI/Peter is registered with the Miami-Dade County clerk: 2012-24882-CA-01. That case has been settled via the stipulation agreement already mentioned ad nauseum (for the amount of $241k plus interest). Searches of the individual plaintiffs/defendants in the court's database only return that case. There are no other cases pending between Sazant and/or Comlend & PVEI and/or Peter with the Miami-Dade County court system.
Based on the final judgments against Sazant in other cases where he is the defendant, I'm guessing that he was anxious to settle sooner rather than later and get whatever money he could in order to start satisfying those judgments.
