Case closed and $TEMN can move forward following its plan to become fully available to its shareholders by timely disclosures, which follows FINRA/SEC Guidelines. By becoming a fully reporting small company, I expect DTC chill in turn will be lifted. This will allow more Brokers and thus more MM's to enter the TEMN trading arena. IMO
