I just sincerely hope that AP respects his shareholders enough to disclose the details of any settlement.

Being up front and forthcoming with your shareholders goes a long way. Way farther than an obvious spin job. Tell us what the deal is, what it means, and what we realistically can expect. Don't BS the public with fluff. That's what "real" companies do. And real companies make a lot of money...
