#25858 RE: badge792 #25857

Adrian was the name of the company before it was changed to Petaquila.it had been extensively drilled and explored mainly for copper, then abandoned after copper prices collapsed. If I remember correctly it had about 60 million shares outstanding.Copper was spun off and sold to Inmet (we were told we would retain a percentage, but didn't)After that that they began developing the gold property but it never lived up to expectations, and further drilling never resulted in the much 'anticipated' location of higher grade ore. They promised PDI would be spun off,but never did.(we're still 'anticipating')

All that we really did get was a huge debt load and massive dilution, currently shut down and trading at a nickel, and ignored by the market, although management appears to have done very well .....pretty typical of most of the Vancouver Penny Mining Stocks

Currently I'm'anticipating' we will be either delisted,or consolidated and the name changed, really for the next batch of naive people convinced it's a 'great opportunity'
