Here is the way i see it,91 people didn't fail the drug test.LOL

It would have to be for there second location or gearing up for the Holiday season.

But i would think that the Holiday season is under way at BIGG,so that leads me to believe for new location as they stated in there earlier PR.

Either way you don't hire 91 people is the Company is not doing well.
