Was it explained to you why TEMN saw settling........

with FRAUDSTERS, as they called them in court filings, was in the best interest of shareholders?

"Zo" was shocked Huffy/Klein submitted affidavits that could create legal troubles for the FRAUDSTERS..........BUT, in just a few short weeks, they settled?

But i'm sure that my concerns will not be answered in the near future.
I think i should say one thing clear. A settlement was never an announced option for the outcome of that court case!
A settlement is everytime a dirty and coward solution and means both have skeleton in their closet.
That also means there will never be a clean outcome, chill removal and so on. And that is not what i'm here for.
