You have asked a very straight forward and frank question.

I have interviewed people involved and directly connected to Top Shelf. I've been provided multiple documents, emails, notes..etc.. I've not completely finished reading everything, I'm actually given material everyday. Some information I do not publish unless it's approved by the person who created the document. I'm also restricted by IHUB what I can post. I do attempt to post what is already in the public domain.

I've spoken to lenders and received their opinion of Top Shelf and Mr. Pierce.

I've spoken to the product people to verify product and orders.

I'm sure with all the back and forth on this board, it has created a lot of concerns for you and other shareholders, for I am also a shareholder.

I can tell you this, these concerns will be answered in the very near future beginning with the already announced settlement.

Who am I: I hold a Law Degree from Tulane University. My specialty if product liability research and investigation.
