There is nothing funny about defrauding investors...

They have been dragging the form 10/audit filing around for several months.
I think Mark thrives on our reactions to him/& his auditor missing their own forecasted filing dates. Almost kind of sadistic if you ask me. NO one and I repeat NO one can be that amiss on estimating when they would be filing a form 10/audit.

This whole affair here concerning the form 10/audit filing should be turned into a movie. This is so ridiculous, it is almost funny.
