I understand all the anticipation waiting on the audit and filings to be complete and submitted, but the fact of the matter is it's only a first step and may give some stuckholders an opportunity to get out. There are certainly no assurances that registration will be granted by the SEC given the history of BS in press releases over the years with this ticker.
