He is just a scammer, plain and simple. He found out that is better and more effective to sell shares than to sell crappy jewelry. Who really buy his jewelry? The thousands likes he bought from overseas for his Facebook page? Have any loyal shareholder even bought a cheap ring or earing for his/her mom or friend? Berge the crook is in the business of selling shares, and he will keep doing that as long as he gets caught. Unfortunately scammers get addicted to cheap and easy money, and they will always find ways to find new victims. For every angry investor that show up, three new fishes will emerge that will eat all the new shares. Rinse and repeat. We don't need to complain in forums, rather we need to denounce this criminal to the authorities.
