Berge is either very stupid from a business sense or taking some amazingly bad advice from his attorney and/or Noteholders....either way Shareholders and investors will not touch this after an RS. There will be many folks warning about Berge's past actions. He should have listened to the folks paying for his Company (shareholders) as they obviously want their investments to grow and know what he should do to increase value but he is obviously listening to Fife/ Asher et all...who obviously want the price to decrease to get better conversion rates. Berge will destroy his company if he doesn't stop this RS.
