If he is such a "philanthropists"...

Why is he making the little guys take all the risk.

Why not insist on a share structure that is more fair for everyone.

This wouldn't be the first "hero" you were wrong about when it comes to the success of "common" shareholders.

While Dr Frost may be one of the good guys, who knows if he is or isn't for wsgi. We don't really know what his intentions are here for sure. It would help if there were SOME evidence of support or goodwill for WSGI IMO. Looking at current state of affairs, that is lacking drastically.
