I asked homeslice for evidence to support his statement of no publication til 11/12 or later. Per usual, there has been no reply with evidence to you or me to support his mere speculation.
Making that assumption could be costly. Management will need to show something before the proxy is available October 1st. If I receive my proxy without any explanation moving forward, I will not wait to cast my vote. Let's not forget that you need to be a shareholder of record on September 15th to vote.
