If we take a look on clinicaltrials.gov ACTC modified the dates on the interim and final data outcomes. For the UK it shall be in July 2014 and for US it shall be in August 2014.
I guess that it is not in their hands since they are looking for a peer review. ACTC shall wait for the review to accept their publication. But with the modification of the date on clinaltrials.gov I am pretty sure that they are ready to publish...
