Another problem I see with IENT is the fact that it is basically a one man operation. JW is no spring chicken and overweight. If he had a heart attack tomorrow, who would take over running the company. His wife was the bookkeeper but now they have a new do nothing CFO who started working on the fins in June. Now 3 months later JW remains silent on any progress.

I doubt IENT has any "key employee" insurance on JW which adds to the risk of investing in IENT.
